Processing Times

We are so excited for you to receive your pieces! All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days. Please note that we do not ship packages on weekends or major holidays.

During high-volume collection drops, processing may occasionally take an additional business day. We appreciate your patience as our team handles every order with the utmost care.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS and UPS to ensure safe delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery time and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume postal seasons. Total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

The moment your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Your tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Your Beloved is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged or if your package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the near future!
